Upper Wawensmoor’s beautiful barns reopen their doors to viewing
Upper Wawensmoor’s beautiful barns have reopened their doors to viewing.
The three barns Water Well, Mulberry and Millwheel are now receiving enquiries.
The barns, that lie in the view of the rolling hills of Morton Bagot, combine state of the art luxurious fittings set within carefully preserved exposed brickwork to create a beautiful living space.
Millwheel Barn comes with four bedrooms, with one ensuite, while Millberry and Waterwell Barns are both three bedroomed, each with one ensuite.
In Millwheel Barn, the original millwheel has been carefully restored and lies within the kitchen ceiling. All of the barns come with open plan kitchens and AMAD’s craftsmen have sensitively maintained the building’s historic character.
The barns are five minutes away from Wootton Wawen train station with its direct connections to central Birmingham.
The properties are being marketed through Peter Clarke in Henley and Knight Frank in Stratford upon Avon.
