AMAD is delighted to welcome Tineke Booth as the company’s new financial controller.
Throughout her career Tineke has worked with a wide range of companies, from small start-ups through to the accountancy giant KPMG.
Tineke is looking forward to the challenge of supporting the company through its period of growth and working with the team to make things happen.
Tineke said: ‘AMAD is growing rapidly and taking on larger and more exciting projects and developments and in that, there are many challenges to be faced.’
The main challenges facing the company mirror that of the wider housing building sector.
What is specifically important is the availability of buyers and the ability of banks to lend.’
Tineke adds: It’s really exciting to gain experience within a property development business like AMAD. The financial basics are the same wherever you go and in every business, cash flow planning is key.
