Replacement Dwelling

Replacement of an existing bungalow with a new build two storey dwelling. The dwelling has been designed with the bedroom accommodation at ground floor level and living space at first floor level to take advantage of the rear field views from the balcony provided off the living area. Sustainable measures will be incorporated where possible.
