Eco-Friendly Replacement Dwelling

This project involved replacing a dilapidated bungalow with a new build two storey, eco friendly dwelling with a basement containing a Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Gym and Cinema. Such items as rainwater harvesting, a combined whole-house ventilation and heat recovery system are just a few of the features included. It is proposed that the new dwelling will be constructed to Level 6 (ZERO CARBON) of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
