Courtyard Cottage

This project involved the conversion of an existing redundant bakery, along with the demolition of derelict brick outbuildings into two 3 bedroom dwellings and a garage. The scheme forms part of a small courtyard, situated in the heart of the conservation area and also required flood measures to be incorporated into the design.
