Summer Room Flat Roof Extension

Our client required a quiet room to with plenty of natural daylight for an artists room. An extension was built over an existing flat roof, providing a garden room. This is a nice addition to an existing cottage that looks totally in keeping with a well matched brick, whilst taking advantage of the surrounding views. Although only a small project, this was quite a complex project due to the garden levels and existing retaining walls.
