Conversion of Derelict Building

The conversion of an existing three-storey, dilapidated and derelict building, including a partial basement, to form two new dwellings plus a new detached dwelling. 3D images were generated in order to enable the local authority to visualise the proposals. Careful design was considered when designing the new build cottage.
