Within the Sketch Scheme stage of your project (explained on our process page), we are able to offer a relatively new service of providing 3d visualisations of how your finished project will look, through the use of 3d images and 3d walkthroughs – which is proving very popular.
This new software enables us to show views from different angles and in different lights, whilst also predicting shadows cast at any time of the year. It is not only a very useful tool to you, our client, in order to help you visualise your finished project, but can also be beneficial in the planning process, by helping the planning department visualise the scheme, in order to gain their recommendation for approval.
