“Designs of the times” (Business advertorial)

We pride ourselves on our first class service offering creative and imaginative, yet cost effective, design solutions and our first of its kind, walk in advice centre which is open to the public to walk in off the street for free inital advice on projects from small porch extensions to large ofice developments.

At A M Design Ltd, we aim to break the age-old mould associated with architectural professionals perceived as formal and uncommunicative and open our doors to you, the public to pop in for an informal consultation / chat.

Some exciting projects we have worked on over the last 12 months include a £5.5m office development in Cirencester, a residential project in Leamington Spa and a new Guides and Scouts Headquarters.

Some of our more unusual projects include the relocation of an air raid shelter, the conversion of old barns to a working brewery and design work for a large commercial building in Estonia. In addition, we are also currently undertaking makeovers and extensions on approximately 20 other domestic properties which gives an indication of how busy things are at present. Due to our busy workload, A M Design Ltd are currently looking to recruit a new member of the design team – anyone interested please contact Danielle Le Resche.

We are also very proud to announce that in the past 12 months one of our designs has been featured on the front cover of a leading design magazine “Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms”, as well as being featured in Country Living Magazine in June 2006.

Other projects currently being undertaken include a large food production factility and alterations to a stable block at a local stately site along with the re-development of a large industrial site. Our portfolio also incldues a selection of individually designed new build houses for individual clients.
