AMAD announces new project manager appointment

PROJECT MANAGER Clive Williams has been appointed to deliver AMAD’s latest developments.

Clive, a third generation joiner has over 20 years’ experience managing, industrial, commercial and residential building projects.

With experience of working with some of the country’s largest house builders, Clive will now take on the role of project manager with responsibility of running the Broom and Willersey village luxury home developments.

Clive, who site managed AMAD’s award winning Vitsoe £6.5 million timber framed exhibition and industrial space in Leamington, is relishing the challenge of simultaneous delivering two multi-million pound residential projects.

He said: ‘The Willersey village site is sited in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, it’s a joy to work in such a nice part of the county.

‘As for the Broom site, that will be a real technical challenge. Maintaining the river bank and keeping the beauty of the site is a technical challenge and it’s exactly the sort of task which makes this job so interesting.’

Andy Miles, AMAD’s Managing Director said: ‘To attract a man of Clive’s experience and calibre to the team is a real coup.
